Registration Rates:
Annual Meeting Fee:
Prior to Nov. 1, 2011: $250 per person*
After Nov. 1, 2011 $275 per person
(Fee includes all meetings, dinner Tuesday and lunch Wednesday)
Spouse/Guest Fee:
$75 per person (Fee includes dinner Tuesday and lunch Wednesday)
*Registration Form must be postmarked before November 11th, 2011
Pre-Registration Deadline: Monday, November 11, 2011
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the CBA office by November 11, 2011. Refunds will not be processed until after the Annual Meeting concludes.
