This discounted rate is only available when you make reservations directly through the Hyatt. There are a limited number of rooms guaranteed at this rate, so make your reservations as soon as possible.

After Tuesday, November 8, 2011, hotel reservations will be taken on a room and rate availability basis**

All reservations must be accompanied by a major credit card to guarantee the room reservation. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge. Cancellations must be made directly with the Hyatt. Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check-out time is 11:00pm.
